Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Peshawar, and most smaller cities and towns.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2 to 4 business days
• Other cities and towns: 4 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is Rs. 200 nationwide. Orders above Rs. 3,000 qualify for free shipping.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email or SMS so you can follow your delivery status.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on all orders within our delivery coverage. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier at the time of delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order may be returned to us, and you may be asked to reorder or arrange redelivery.

8. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
