We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore,
Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Peshawar, and most smaller cities
and towns.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation, excluding
weekends and public holidays.

Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad,
Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2 to 4 business days
Other cities and towns: 4 to 7 business

4. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is Rs. 200 nationwide. Orders above Rs. 3,000 qualify for
free shipping.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email or SMS so you
can follow your delivery status.

6. Cash on Delivery
(COD)

COD is available on all orders within our delivery coverage. Please have the
exact amount ready for the courier at the time of delivery.

7. Delivery
Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is
unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order may be returned to us, and you may be
asked to reorder or arrange redelivery.

8. Incorrect
Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible
for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address
provided by the customer.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and unopened, in its original packaging
In the same condition you received it
Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used hair oil, shampoo, serum, or grooming kit items are not eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

4. How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
We'll confirm eligibility and share pickup or drop-off instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

5. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, or as store credit if you paid via Cash on Delivery, within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges
If you'd like a different product or variant instead of a refund, let us know when you start your return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and processed within 5 business days of receiving the original item.
